"المرأة نصف المجتمع وبصلاحها ينصلح المجتمع" أدركت العون المباشر منذ البداية مكانة المرأة في المجتمع وكيف رفع الإسلام من شأنها ودورها في المجتمع كأم وزوجة وابنة وسيدة، لذلك تستهدف العون إقامة ملتقيات ودورات دعوية خاصة بالنساء من أجل تحقيق الآتي: التعريف بالإسلام وتعاليمه التعريف بحقوقهن وواجباتهن طرح القضايا التي تخص الأمهات والفتيات والعمل على معالجتها تجنى المجتمعات الفقيرة في إفريقيا حصيلة هذه الملتقيات النسائية من خلال زيادة وعي الأمهات في تربية أبناءهن، وزيادة مشاركتهن في بناء المجتمع "استمرار دعمكم يساهم في توسيع هذه الملتقيات وتعميم الفائدة إلى أعداد أكبر من الأمهات والفتيات في المجتمعات الفقيرة والنائية في إفريقيا" “Women are half of the society” DirectAid realizes since its inception the position of women in the society and how Islam raised them and their role in the society as a mother, wife, daughter and lady. So, in DirectAid we conduct awareness circles for women to: Introducing Islam and its teachings. Defining their rights and duties. Bringing up issues related to mothers and girls and address them.
